One reason we started Boxwood Carpentry was to have better work- life balance. We rarely work outside of normal 8-5 working hours, and always communicate if we will be arriving early or working late. Large remodels inevitably affect daily routines, and even small projects can be an inconvenience, however, we make it our goal that while your house is under construction, your family or personal time remains intact.
Communication
We understand that every job is unique and is full of specific parameters based on HOA restrictions, personal taste, or period-correct touches, among other things. We work closely with you to understand your specific needs and preferences before construction starts, As work begins, we keep lines of communication open via text messages, progress photos and phone calls to keep you in the loop.
